Hanging With the Unhoused

I didn’t have to journey far to find this story. The tragedy is I lived this for several years when I lived in downtown Los Angeles. Now it seems our clown council and state politicians want to implement a self perpetuating homeless industrial complex in which money flows from the state and local coffers to select NGOs who can always be counted on to get out the vote.
